Maintain and cleanse the customer database, enrich profiles using Apollo.io/Clay/Bitscale, build reports and dashboards in Google Sheets/Excel, and support sales and marketing with data-driven insights to improve lead generation and data quality.

Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using JavaScript/React and Python. Apply GenAI/LLM tools (e.g., LangChain, RAG, vector DBs) to engineering workflows, collaborate with senior developers to onboard and continue projects, test and debug, document code, and pursue continuous learning.
