Manage Revenue Cycle Services projects from proposal through implementation, including project planning, scope definition, process improvement, technology implementation, budgeting, resource coordination, risk escalation, and executive reporting. The role standardizes project management practices, manages multiple projects and programs simultaneously, coordinates internal and vendor stakeholders, and ensures projects meet deadlines, budgets, quality expectations, and defined specifications.

Manage the corporate accounting team and monthly close process, including journal entries, financial statements, variance analysis, reconciliations, and internal controls. Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, improve accounting processes, support M&A integration activities, maintain policies and procedures, and mentor accounting professionals.

Manages large projects from scope definition through delivery, including schedules, budgets, resources, risks, quality, communications, stakeholder coordination, vendor execution, change requests, and project documentation. Tracks milestones and performance, prepares status reports, secures deliverable acceptance, and supports PMO process improvements. Requires strong leadership, communication, organization, decision-making, and experience with waterfall and agile methodologies.

Administers and analyzes compensation programs, including salary structures, market adjustments, merit and bonus plans, equity programs, and incentive budgets. Conducts job evaluations, market benchmarking, compliance reviews, salary survey submissions, and compensation reporting. Supports Workday configuration, program implementation, manager training, communications, and collaboration with Finance and senior leadership.

Manage end-to-end clinician recruitment for an assigned market: source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, track documentation in the ATS, build local clinical relationships and market intelligence, and support placement and onboarding to stabilize practices.

Provides executive-level administrative support by managing calendars, email, meetings, calls, correspondence, reports, travel arrangements, and expenses. Serves as a professional first point of contact for executives, staff, visitors, and external partners. Coordinates cross-functional relationships, prepares meeting materials, supports special projects, and ensures accurate, timely follow-up. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, proofreading, and Microsoft Office skills.

Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions while enforcing standards and performing code reviews. Mentor junior developers, create proofs of concept, support Agile ceremonies and sprint demos, resolve defects, document technical solutions, and configure security, objects, automation, and Experience Cloud portals. Integrate via REST APIs and use DevOps tools for deployments.

Serve as the primary HR strategic partner to senior leaders, driving workforce planning, talent strategy, succession, leadership development, change management, organizational design, and HR program integration to improve engagement, productivity, and business performance.

Lead and grow multidisciplinary teams to build scalable clinical data acquisition, engineering, governance, and product capabilities. Own data product strategy, SLAs, pipelines, and modernization using cloud-native tools and AI, while partnering with clinical, legal, and executive stakeholders to ensure compliant, discoverable, and trusted clinical data products.

Lead Workday Recruiting and Learning as product owner: define roadmap, govern configuration, manage bi-annual releases, oversee integrations, reporting, testing, and production support, and partner with HR, TA, L&D, IT, and compliance to drive adoption and compliance.
