Serve as the primary HR strategic partner to senior leaders, driving workforce planning, talent strategy, succession, leadership development, change management, organizational design, and HR program integration to improve engagement, productivity, and business performance.

Serve as RN liaison and clinical operations lead between SCP Health and hospital partners. Oversee daily practice operations, provider engagement, orientation, quality and performance improvement initiatives, KPI monitoring, data analysis, committee facilitation, and recruitment support. Recommend and implement workflow and clinical protocol improvements, support Medical Director, and assist with reporting and value-based care goals across multiple facilities.

Serve as a clinical liaison and program lead to improve hospitalist program performance, driving quality initiatives, provider engagement, training, data analysis, KPI improvement, and collaboration with medical directors, hospital administration, and field operations to support clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.

Audit and validate payment postings by reviewing invoices and ERAs to ensure remittance matches postings, document errors in Smartsheet, escalate system logic issues, and support leadership and training with case studies and audit tasks while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Lead and grow multidisciplinary teams to build scalable clinical data acquisition, engineering, governance, and product capabilities. Own data product strategy, SLAs, pipelines, and modernization using cloud-native tools and AI, while partnering with clinical, legal, and executive stakeholders to ensure compliant, discoverable, and trusted clinical data products.

Track, report, and trend chart and edit volume to ensure timely processing. Monitor inventory, escalate and resolve complex edits and denials, communicate with offshore partners and insurers, process edits to meet deadlines, analyze monthly reports (KAV), and support denial prevention to improve billing quality and revenue.

Review and verify hospital charge documentation (pre-coding) to meet production and quality standards. Document verification in charge entry application and EMR, support system testing, trend/process improvements, comply with HIPAA, participate in training and audits, and collaborate with teams to meet departmental goals.

Provide executive-level administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, reports, presentations, office equipment and supply management, record retention, call screening, and special project assistance while collaborating with administrative colleagues.

Manage provider enrollments and re-enrollments for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payors. Maintain CAQH and NPI records, monitor credentials, submit documentation to payors, perform data entry and follow-ups, troubleshoot eligibility issues, and update provider and billing systems to ensure timely claims processing.

Lead Workday Recruiting and Learning as product owner: define roadmap, prioritize enhancements, govern configurations, manage bi-annual releases, oversee integrations, reporting, testing, and stakeholder engagement to improve recruiting and learning operations, compliance, and platform adoption.

Manage provider enrollment and re-enrollment for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payors. Process applications, maintain CAQH/NPI records, monitor credentials, submit updates to payors, track AR holds, communicate with providers/payors, and ensure approvals are documented and pushed to billing.

Serve as the hospital-facing clinical liaison to improve clinical performance, provider engagement, and referral retention. Lead workflow and quality initiatives, support onboarding/training, monitor operational metrics (LOS, readmissions, CMI), perform data analysis and reporting, facilitate committees, and recommend improvements to meet KPIs and value-based care goals.

Lead Workday Recruiting and Learning as product owner: define roadmap, govern configuration, manage bi-annual releases, oversee integrations, reporting, testing, and production support, and partner with HR, TA, L&D, IT, and compliance to drive adoption and compliance.

Serve as an on-site clinical liaison and advisor to improve hospitalist program performance, provider engagement, and patient/referrer satisfaction. Lead clinical workflows, training, QA/PI activities, data analysis, and collaboration with Medical Directors and Field Operations to drive KPI improvements, clinical protocols, and operational efficiencies.

Lead departmental operational cadence and executive support; manage complex cross-functional quality improvement programs; build reporting and data storytelling for executives and Board; translate clinical quality priorities into technology/AI solutions; support process redesign, change management, and value-based care performance initiatives; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.

Create and adapt branded creative assets across digital and print from brief to delivery. Produce photography, video, motion design, illustration, icons, web HTML, presentations, and marketing collateral while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Perform pre-coding and documentation verification for hospital charges, meet production and quality goals, support workflow standardization and system testing, comply with HIPAA, and collaborate with training/auditing teams while using EMR and charge entry applications.

Provide education, auditing, and chart analysis to clinicians across emergency, hospital, critical care, telemedicine, and urgent care settings. Deliver documentation feedback per CMS guidelines, support EMR training and onboarding, generate facility and clinician reports, collaborate with analytics, and travel to client sites for in-person training and oversight.

Lead and deliver large, complex IT projects across the enterprise: define scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality; coordinate stakeholders and vendors; produce reports and documentation; mentor junior PMs; ensure customer acceptance and continuous process improvement.
