Manage provider enrollment and re-enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS and commercial payors. Maintain CAQH and NPI records, monitor credentials, submit applications, follow up on approvals, update provider and billing systems, and resolve enrollment issues while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The Integration Engineer II will manage data capture, collaborate on regulatory measures, set up interfaces, perform unit testing, and provide end-user support post-implementation.

Audit and validate payment postings by reviewing invoices and ERAs to ensure remittance matches postings, document errors in Smartsheet, escalate system logic issues, and support leadership and training with case studies and audit tasks while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Lead Workday Recruiting and Learning as product owner: define roadmap, govern configuration, manage bi-annual releases, oversee integrations, reporting, testing, and production support, and partner with HR, TA, L&D, IT, and compliance to drive adoption and compliance.

Serve as RN liaison and clinical operations lead between SCP Health and hospital partners. Oversee daily practice operations, provider engagement, orientation, quality and performance improvement initiatives, KPI monitoring, data analysis, committee facilitation, and recruitment support. Recommend and implement workflow and clinical protocol improvements, support Medical Director, and assist with reporting and value-based care goals across multiple facilities.

Serve as the hospital-facing clinical liaison to improve clinical performance, provider engagement, and referral retention. Lead workflow and quality initiatives, support onboarding/training, monitor operational metrics (LOS, readmissions, CMI), perform data analysis and reporting, facilitate committees, and recommend improvements to meet KPIs and value-based care goals.

Responsible for updating and verifying patient registration and eligibility information, resolving edits from payors, and maintaining chart processing efficiency.
