Responsibilities include fee schedule and chargemaster audits, contract validation, regulatory compliance, arbitration support, reporting, and maintaining reimbursement databases.

Analyzes provider performance and compensation data, maintains incentive plan records, reviews contracts, processes incentive payments, supports payroll accuracy, models plan updates, answers provider questions, and assists with SOX compliance audits while meeting strict deadlines.

Manages stateside and offshore reimbursement variance, appeals, and arbitration teams. Oversees revenue recovery, payer disputes, claims analysis, arbitration invoices, compliance, reporting, database logic, and process improvement. Collaborates with managed care plans and internal leadership to resolve discrepancies and maximize recoveries. Leads performance management, monitors KPIs, presents operating review findings, and supports automation and workflow efficiency across healthcare reimbursement operations.

Performs coding audits, coding and editing reviews, documentation, and quality checks for healthcare claims and clinical records. Identifies coding issues and training needs, provides feedback on policies and procedures, supports MIPS quality reviews and system testing, maintains accurate records, meets review deadlines, and follows HIPAA and organizational requirements.

Administers and analyzes compensation programs, including salary structures, market adjustments, merit and bonus plans, equity programs, and incentive budgets. Conducts job evaluations, market benchmarking, compliance reviews, salary survey submissions, and compensation reporting. Supports Workday configuration, program implementation, manager training, communications, and collaboration with Finance and senior leadership.

Manage end-to-end clinician recruitment for an assigned market: source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, track documentation in the ATS, build local clinical relationships and market intelligence, and support placement and onboarding to stabilize practices.

Updates patient demographics, insurance information, carrier details, and billing records. Resolves complex eligibility and billing edits using Centricity, payer websites, medical records, and insurance documentation. Contacts insurers or facilities to verify missing information, reports system issues affecting billing quality, follows departmental procedures, and participates in team meetings and training.

Provides executive-level administrative support by managing calendars, email, meetings, calls, correspondence, reports, travel arrangements, and expenses. Serves as a professional first point of contact for executives, staff, visitors, and external partners. Coordinates cross-functional relationships, prepares meeting materials, supports special projects, and ensures accurate, timely follow-up. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, proofreading, and Microsoft Office skills.

Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions while enforcing standards and performing code reviews. Mentor junior developers, create proofs of concept, support Agile ceremonies and sprint demos, resolve defects, document technical solutions, and configure security, objects, automation, and Experience Cloud portals. Integrate via REST APIs and use DevOps tools for deployments.

Serve as the primary HR strategic partner to senior leaders, driving workforce planning, talent strategy, succession, leadership development, change management, organizational design, and HR program integration to improve engagement, productivity, and business performance.

Serve as a clinical liaison and program lead to improve hospitalist program performance, driving quality initiatives, provider engagement, training, data analysis, KPI improvement, and collaboration with medical directors, hospital administration, and field operations to support clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.

Audit and validate payment postings by reviewing invoices and ERAs to ensure remittance matches postings, document errors in Smartsheet, escalate system logic issues, and support leadership and training with case studies and audit tasks while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Lead and grow multidisciplinary teams to build scalable clinical data acquisition, engineering, governance, and product capabilities. Own data product strategy, SLAs, pipelines, and modernization using cloud-native tools and AI, while partnering with clinical, legal, and executive stakeholders to ensure compliant, discoverable, and trusted clinical data products.

Review and verify hospital charge documentation (pre-coding) to meet production and quality standards. Document verification in charge entry application and EMR, support system testing, trend/process improvements, comply with HIPAA, participate in training and audits, and collaborate with teams to meet departmental goals.

Lead Workday Recruiting and Learning as product owner: define roadmap, govern configuration, manage bi-annual releases, oversee integrations, reporting, testing, and production support, and partner with HR, TA, L&D, IT, and compliance to drive adoption and compliance.

Serve as an on-site clinical liaison and advisor to improve hospitalist program performance, provider engagement, and patient/referrer satisfaction. Lead clinical workflows, training, QA/PI activities, data analysis, and collaboration with Medical Directors and Field Operations to drive KPI improvements, clinical protocols, and operational efficiencies.

Lead departmental operational cadence and executive support; manage complex cross-functional quality improvement programs; build reporting and data storytelling for executives and Board; translate clinical quality priorities into technology/AI solutions; support process redesign, change management, and value-based care performance initiatives; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
