Serve as the on-site clinical liaison and performance lead for hospitalist programs. Drive clinical quality, provider engagement, workflows, data analysis, training, and operational improvements to meet KPIs, reduce LOS, support provider recruitment/retention, and ensure regulatory and program goals are met.

Lead and deliver large, complex IT projects across the enterprise: define scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality; coordinate stakeholders and vendors; produce reports and documentation; mentor junior PMs; ensure customer acceptance and continuous process improvement.

The Sr. Financial Analyst will perform financial analysis and reporting, support budgeting, manage client relationships, and derive insights from data for decision-making.
