Lead and execute experiential marketing programs including product launches, community and cultural events, media activations, and internal experiences. Independently manage smaller events and support larger launches across planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, onsite execution, attendee communications, and post-event reporting. Partner cross-functionally and with agencies to design event concepts, measure KPIs, and improve processes while traveling domestically to support about ten events annually.

Lead planning, governance, and performance optimization for Scout Motors' U.S. and Canada retail network. Drive market analytics, location strategy, regulatory and licensing compliance, store standards, performance scorecards, and AI-enabled forecasting/reporting tools. Partner cross-functionally to evaluate market opportunities, build business cases, and improve retail effectiveness.

Lead end-to-end sales operations for a direct‑to‑consumer EV automaker, owning order management, distribution, logistics, incentives, remarketing, fleet, and AI-driven forecasting. Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, IBP, Finance, Digital, and Sales to optimize allocation, delivery, pricing, and lifecycle strategies that improve speed, cost, conversion, and residual value while scaling processes, teams, and systems.

Lead triage and defect management for vehicle electrical hardware/software issues. Develop and execute defect processes and metrics, coordinate cross‑functional and supplier teams to assign ownership and drive resolutions, produce status and trend reports, and implement tool/process improvements to reduce issue resolution time.

Lead integration, release engineering, and validation for Software Defined Vehicle platforms. Drive ECU flashing, factory provisioning, automated manufacturing test strategies, release gates, network and firmware validation (CAN/CAN-FD, LIN, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernet), bootloader/partitioning compatibility, and cross-domain coordination for production readiness and regression testing during DV/PV builds.

Lead the creative function to translate brand strategy into integrated campaigns across channels. Own creative strategy, resource planning, agency partnership, production alignment, and cross-team collaboration. Build, lead, and scale a high-performing creative team and ensure consistent brand execution across experiences and touchpoints.

Lead and mentor engineering teams to define and deliver scalable backend platforms across order management, inventory, connectivity, and other digital products. Drive architecture, platform strategy, technical governance, large multi-year initiatives, and adoption of engineering best practices and AI-assisted development.

Lead design and development of internal web applications and shared UI components. Architect scalable, performant, and accessible front-end systems, integrate with back-end services and SSO, implement testing and CI/CD practices, mentor engineers, and ensure operational readiness and quality across digital products.

Lead drive system and powertrain function integration for Scout all-electric and REEV platforms. Review and develop software functions, execute integration and testing plans, coordinate prototype and serial development, collaborate with architects, calibration and testing teams, and independently manage assigned REEV feature scope.
