Manage commercial landscape and environmental construction projects across Chicagoland: plan schedules, oversee crews and materials, control costs and change orders, ensure safety and quality, procure materials, and use data to improve project outcomes.

Sell landscape maintenance services by following up on digital leads, converting prospects, writing proposals, and managing client relationships. Generate new referrals through community networking, upsell enhancements to existing clients, ensure contract renewals, and keep the CRM updated. Conduct regular client meetings to maintain satisfaction.

Lead IT vendor selection and management, plan and prioritize IT projects and budgets, support users and maintain key databases, perform coding and testing, and communicate project changes to stakeholders.
