Manage full lifecycle high-end residential landscape projects: client meetings, conceptual design, detailed estimating/takeoffs, bid and value-engineering, contractor coordination, procurement, schedule and budget oversight, progress billing, and client relations to ensure design quality and profitable delivery.

Sell landscape architecture and construction services by consulting with clients, presenting design concepts, preparing estimates, generating leads, conducting site meetings and walk-throughs, and coordinating with the team to ensure project delivery.

Develop and maintain customer relationships to sell Design Build landscaping services. Qualify leads, present proposals, leverage CRM for tracking, and coordinate with installation teams. Requires knowledge of hardscaping/construction and a clean driving record for site visits.
