Lead daily operations and strategic growth for a landscaping and hardscaping organization targeting $10 million in revenue. Develop and execute business strategies, improve profitability and operational efficiency, build organizational culture, monitor performance metrics, coach leaders and team members, and establish processes that support quality outcomes and positive client experiences.

Manage and service personal lines insurance accounts, including policy changes, endorsements, renewals, billing inquiries, quoting, and coverage recommendations. Partner with sales on new business, maintain client relationships, support retention, and deliver responsive customer service. The role requires knowledge of auto, homeowners, renters, and umbrella insurance products, proficiency with carrier and agency systems, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Develop and expand wholesale sales of native plant plugs across the Midwest. Build relationships with landscape architects, contractors, nurseries, brokers, growers, and restoration firms; generate leads, conduct extensive travel and face-to-face meetings, close business, manage the sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and communicate clearly. The role requires proven green-industry outside sales experience, strong industry contacts, organizational discipline, and a passion for native plants and ecological landscapes.
