The Controller will oversee the company’s accounting and finance functions, including general ledger management, financial close, GAAP reporting, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, cash flow, taxes, audits, internal controls, and financial analysis. The role partners with leadership to improve profitability and operational efficiency, manages accounting systems and compliance, supports strategic initiatives, and leads the bookkeeping and accounting team.

Lead landscape construction and production teams for high-end residential design/build projects. Manage scheduling, crews, subcontractors, cost tracking (LMN), quality assurance, procurement oversight, and continuous improvement to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Manage full lifecycle high-end residential landscape projects: client meetings, conceptual design, detailed estimating/takeoffs, bid and value-engineering, contractor coordination, procurement, schedule and budget oversight, progress billing, and client relations to ensure design quality and profitable delivery.
