Designs, executes, and maintains functional, regression, performance, integration, and safety testing for autonomy software and integrated hardware/software systems. Performs hands-on testing of sensors, onboard systems, ground-control interfaces, and mission workflows; analyzes test data; documents defects; and recommends mitigations. Supports flight tests, manages HIL and simulation environments, collaborates with engineering teams across OEM platforms, and contributes to staffing, scheduling, documentation, and test strategy. The role requires eligibility for a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance.

Leads defense-industry business development by identifying, qualifying, and capturing opportunities; engaging government and international customers; analyzing budgets and priorities; summarizing five-year pipelines; guiding IRAD investments and partnerships; and supporting Growth Division leadership. The role requires executive-level communication, large Department of Defense program capture experience, defense acquisition relationships, FAR/DFARS knowledge, military experience, and active Secret clearance. Semi-frequent travel is required.

Develops architectures, requirements, interfaces, models, and performance metrics for autonomous and uncrewed systems. Leads MBSE efforts using SysML tools such as Cameo/MagicDraw, supports system design reviews, and performs system integration, testing, modeling, simulation, and analysis with tools such as AFSIM. Acts as a customer-facing architecture liaison, contributes to proposals, and supports aerospace and Department of Defense systems engineering processes. Requires approximately 15% travel and the ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. DoD security clearance.

Lead a small engineering team to develop and integrate mission autonomy solutions for defense-related autonomy, simulation, and edge platforms. Drive proposals, customer interactions, program leadership, R&D collaboration, and validation using simulation tools while maintaining technical direction and meeting program milestones.

Develop and maintain modeling and simulation infrastructure to test multi-vehicle autonomy in operational scenarios. Design, implement, simulate, and validate autonomy software (MIL/SIL/digital twin/LVC) using C/C++ and Python on large-scale HPC/distributed simulation environments. Present technical results and support customer engagements; occasional travel and security clearance required.

Lead a small engineering team to design and deliver mission-autonomy software for edge platforms. Act as SME on autonomy technologies, lead proposals and customer interactions, manage program milestones, integrate simulation tools for V&V, and collaborate across R&D to advance autonomy roadmaps. Must obtain US DoD security clearance.

Design, implement, test, and debug software for robotics/autonomy and related systems. Produce documentation, communicate technical results to stakeholders, resolve issues via testing and troubleshooting, and stay current with industry best practices. Support integration teams and may travel occasionally; must obtain and maintain US DoD security clearance.

Develop, integrate, and test autonomy software using Agile practices, CI/CD/DevSecOps, and advanced modeling/simulation. Support migrations to digital engineering environments, lead autonomy integration efforts, produce documentation, participate in code reviews and customer interactions, and maintain alignment with DoD autonomy standards. Must obtain and maintain US DoD security clearance.

Lead a small engineering team to design, develop, and integrate mission autonomy solutions for autonomous agents and teams. Serve as a technical SME, lead proposals and customer interactions, manage program tasks and milestones, and work with multi-disciplinary teams to advance R&D. Validate and test autonomy using simulation environments and edge platforms.
