Own the Cello brand’s growth, profitability, positioning, and marketplace success. Lead brand strategy, P&L management, innovation and commercialization, annual marketing plans, shopper marketing, digital and social programs, consumer and category insights, forecasting, and performance optimization. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Consumer Insights, manage agencies and external partners, develop sales tools, and represent the brand with customers and retailers.

Supports daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, journal entries, reconciliations, invoice and payment processing, financial reporting, and month-end close. Maintains financial records, investigates discrepancies, supports audits and technology projects, responds to accounting inquiries, follows internal controls, and identifies process improvements. This full-time office role requires strong accuracy, organization, communication, and basic accounting knowledge.

Support and maintain quality assurance and regulatory compliance for food production: review batch records, manage document control, create and update product specifications and SOPs, investigate deviations and corrective actions, prepare regulatory submissions and audit documentation, maintain compliance records (labeling, allergens), support supplier and customer inquiries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure food safety and data integrity.
