The Director of Safety and Social Compliance leads safety and compliance initiatives across multiple food manufacturing sites, ensuring adherence to health regulations and social responsibility standards, driving safety culture, and managing audits and corrective actions.

Support and maintain quality assurance and regulatory compliance for food production: review batch records, manage document control, create and update product specifications and SOPs, investigate deviations and corrective actions, prepare regulatory submissions and audit documentation, maintain compliance records (labeling, allergens), support supplier and customer inquiries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure food safety and data integrity.

Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues across offices, warehouses, and factories. Triage and resolve tickets, perform workstation and device setup/imaging, administer password and account support, update knowledge base, escalate complex issues, participate in on-call rotation, and assist with IT projects and rollouts.
