Primary Purpose:
The Senior Brand Manager for Schuman Brands will own the growth, profitability, and marketplace success of our flagship Cello® brand. Following a transformative brand repositioning, Cello is well-positioned to strengthen its leadership in the specialty cheese category, expand consumer reach, and drive continued business growth. Responsibilities:
- Lead the growth and long-term success of the Cello® brand through impactful brand and category strategies.
- Own brand P&L performance, balancing growth, profitability, and investment decisions to deliver business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities through consumer, category, and competitive insights, translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Drive innovation and commercialization initiatives that support brand growth and business objectives.
- Develop business forecasts and growth plans in partnership with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Consumer Insights teams.
- Lead the development and execution of annual brand plans and integrated marketing programs that build brand equity and drive results.
- Measure and optimize marketing performance to maximize effectiveness and return on investment.
- Partner with Sales the teams to develop shopper marketing programs that drive category growth and retailer engagement.
- Oversee owned brand channels, delivering engaging content and experiences that strengthen consumer connections.
- Serve as a brand steward, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience across all touchpoints.
- Develop compelling sales tools and brand resources that support customer-facing teams and strengthen brand storytelling.
- Represent the brand with customers, retailers, and industry partners to build relationships and advance business goals.
- Contribute to broader marketing initiatives and support key business priorities across the portfolio.
Education & Experience:
- 5+ years of consumer packaged goods marketing experience with P&L responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading innovation, commercialization, and new product launches.
- Track record of leading successful brand growth initiatives, launches, or brand refreshes.
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing programs across shopper marketing, digital, social, media, and eCommerce channels.
- Hands-on experience leveraging syndicated data sources such as Circana (IRI), NielsenIQ, and SPINS to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and inform business decisions.
- Experience managing agency and external partner relationships.
- Experience in cheese, dairy, specialty foods, or adjacent consumer categories is a plus.

Supervisory Responsibility:
Future state may include supervising a Brand Manager.
Work Environment:
Typical office working environment which includes a workstation equipped with a computer and other office supplies necessary for daily tasks. Typically climate-controlled to provide a comfortable working temperature year-round. Lighting is usually a mix of natural and artificial sources to ensure sufficient lamination.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time salaried position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday. Expectations of 45 hours per week, to be worked during normal business hours.

Compensation and Benefits:
The budgeted salary range for this position is $130,000-$165,000, with a 12.5% annual bonus potential.
