Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms. Own lead-generation and enrollment KPIs, budgets, conversion tracking, reporting, funnel optimization, and campaign automation using tools such as Zapier. Collaborate with creative and project teams, communicate with clients, monitor compliance and trends, and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations across multiple accounts.

Provides Tier 1 technical support through tickets, email, phone, and chat. Investigates and resolves SaaS product issues, guides customers through workflows, documents interactions, and escalates complex problems to higher support tiers. Collaborates with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, identifies recurring issues, improves knowledge-base content, participates in product testing, and contributes to support process improvements while maintaining customer satisfaction and response-quality standards.
