Lead and manage end-to-end commercial supply chain for Japan, overseeing packaging, artwork, distribution, CMO relationships, ERP/materials management, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely, compliant product supply and launch readiness.

Lead development of a scalable, inspection-ready Commercial/Market Quality function for EU/EEA and other markets. Establish market release authorization, commercial disposition governance, post-market controls, complaint handling, recalls, distribution/GDP oversight, QP/certification governance, and inspection readiness. Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Regulatory, PV, Medical, and external CMOs/3PLs to ensure compliant product release and reliable supply.

Provide strategic legal counsel to U.S. commercial and medical affairs on commercialization, advertising/promotion, patient engagement, market access, pricing, reimbursement, distribution, and commercial contracting. Ensure compliance with healthcare and FDA laws, collaborate with compliance and legal teams, review promotional and medical materials, deliver training, monitor regulatory trends, and mentor legal colleagues to support rare disease product launches.

Serve as the operational partner for the Next Wave Program Team, driving cross-functional program execution, meeting governance, information flow, risk mitigation, integrated planning, portfolio management, and scenario planning to advance early-to-mid stage drug programs from translation to Ph1/Ph2.
