Lead Lean/Kaizen initiatives, warehouse layout and material flow design, KPI development, project coordination, time studies, idea management, training, and safety compliance to optimize processes and support operations.

Lead regional logistics operations across multiple facilities, driving strategy, efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. Manage transportation, warehousing, inventory, KPIs, budgets, and continuous improvement (Lean). Develop operations leaders, oversee labor relations, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
