Requires collaboration with management and production teams, analytical abilities, computer and data-entry skills, and at least two years of process-planning experience.

Plans and coordinates logistics activities across warehouse operations, material flow, inventory movement, and customer requirements. Adjusts logistics plans, aligns staffing and equipment, validates workflows, monitors performance, supports budgeting, communicates operational risks, and drives continuous improvement. Ensures compliance with safety procedures, standard operating processes, and service requirements in plant-floor and office environments.

Creates graphic, video, photography, digital, and multimedia content supporting recruiting, communications, marketing, employer branding, training, and business objectives. Develops concepts, produces and edits visual content, maintains brand consistency, manages creative assets, collaborates with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and handles multiple projects and deadlines across digital, social, and company communication channels.

Leads strategic and operational HR support across multiple high-volume sites. Responsibilities include workforce planning, recruiting leadership, employee relations, investigations, compliance, leader coaching, people analytics, engagement, change management, talent development, and HR governance. Manages HR and recruiting team members while partnering with operations leaders to improve staffing, retention, accountability, employee experience, and workforce outcomes. Travel between assigned locations is approximately 20%.

Manage engineering, maintenance, and continuous improvement for a logistics business unit. Lead Lean/Kaizen initiatives, warehouse layout and material flow design, KPI development, project coordination, time studies, idea management, training, and safety compliance to optimize processes and support operations.

Lead regional logistics operations across multiple facilities, driving strategy, efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. Manage transportation, warehousing, inventory, KPIs, budgets, and continuous improvement (Lean). Develop operations leaders, oversee labor relations, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
