Creates graphic, video, photography, digital, and multimedia content supporting recruiting, communications, marketing, employer branding, training, and business objectives. Develops concepts, produces and edits visual content, maintains brand consistency, manages creative assets, collaborates with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and handles multiple projects and deadlines across digital, social, and company communication channels.

Verify, scan, organize, and stage parts in designated warehouse locations to support production flow and inventory accuracy. Conduct visual quality inspections, confirm totes and containers are empty, report discrepancies, and follow safety procedures and standard work instructions. The role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and wearing PPE in a warehouse environment.

Leads strategic and operational HR support across multiple high-volume sites. Responsibilities include workforce planning, recruiting leadership, employee relations, investigations, compliance, leader coaching, people analytics, engagement, change management, talent development, and HR governance. Manages HR and recruiting team members while partnering with operations leaders to improve staffing, retention, accountability, employee experience, and workforce outcomes. Travel between assigned locations is approximately 20%.
