Leads the CIO Office and shapes Schibsted’s enterprise IT operating model, governance, service management, and strategic execution. Translates IT strategy into priorities, OKRs, KPIs, and measurable outcomes; drives cross-functional transformation initiatives; develops ITSM practices; and aligns teams across applications, infrastructure, security, and technology. Acts as a trusted partner to the CIO and IT Leadership Team while building alignment, clarifying ownership, and leading and developing the CIO Office team.

Develop and maintain scalable iOS applications for podcasts and audiobooks using Swift and SwiftUI. Collaborate with product, design, backend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable features, write maintainable code, support automated testing and CI/CD pipelines, monitor app stability, participate in code reviews, and improve user experience. The role also involves contributing to architecture decisions and debugging complex technical issues.

Develop fullstack video and audio platform services using Node.js, TypeScript, React, event-driven architecture, GraphQL, REST APIs, Docker, and Kubernetes. Contribute to projects involving video publishing, transcoding, live streaming, playback, monetization, metadata, and AI audio/video initiatives. The role includes testing, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and collaboration with distributed engineering, product, design, and data teams. Hybrid work requires two days weekly in the Oslo office.
