Own the company’s outbound pipeline creation across federal and commercial accounts. Build and operate multimodal LLM platform capabilities, including knowledge ingestion, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation, feedback loops, deployment, monitoring, and latency optimization. The role spans cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped environments, integrating AI knowledge systems with 3D scene representations and real-time training applications. Responsibilities include productionizing AI updates, improving reliability, and collaborating with spatial computing, mobile, and product engineering teams.

Build and maintain high-performance React Native applications for real-time 3D simulation and AI-driven training experiences on iOS and Android. Integrate streamed assets, progressive loading, live state updates, backend APIs, and mobile deployment pipelines. Develop reusable component systems, optimize performance, and translate product requirements into polished interfaces. Collaborate with product, machine learning, and graphics engineers to deliver production-ready mobile features.

Research and productionize 3D computer vision and spatial intelligence pipelines for simulation and training applications. Responsibilities include 3D reconstruction, segmentation, feature embeddings, multimodal model integration, scene-graph generation, GPU-accelerated training and inference, synthetic-data workflows, performance profiling, and deployment across cloud and edge environments. The role collaborates with graphics and product engineers to convert advanced research into reliable real-time capabilities.

Own day-to-day people operations for a 15-person startup, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, employee records, compliance, recruiting coordination, executive support, events, office logistics, vendors, and operational documentation. The role requires building scalable HR and administrative systems while handling confidential information and supporting a hybrid workforce across DC and San Francisco.
