The role collaborates with graphics and product engineers to convert advanced research into reliable real-time capabilities.

Own day-to-day people operations for a 15-person startup, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, employee records, compliance, recruiting coordination, executive support, events, office logistics, vendors, and operational documentation. The role requires building scalable HR and administrative systems while handling confidential information and supporting a hybrid workforce across DC and San Francisco.
