Own the company’s outbound pipeline creation across federal and commercial accounts. Responsibilities include target-account research, personalized outreach, qualification, follow-up, meeting booking, ICP and messaging experiments, signal tracking, CRM hygiene, reporting, and creation of sales collateral. The role is the first dedicated go-to-market hire and requires building outbound processes from scratch while partnering with business development and deployment teams.

Grow Schemata’s Army training and simulation business by developing sponsors, funded requirements, and orders across Army program offices. Build an autonomy test-and-evaluation opportunity, map funding paths, write statements of work and cost volumes, scope solutions with engineering, maintain CRM discipline, and manage customer relationships through delivery and expansion.

Owns federal proposal writing and submission processes, including SBIR/STTR, OTA, CSO, BAA, RFP, and RFI responses. Responsibilities include drafting technical and management volumes, building compliance matrices, coordinating schedules and cost volumes, managing submission portals, screening opportunities, preparing bid/no-bid recommendations, researching competitors and awards, and maintaining reusable content libraries. The role also supports capture strategy, debriefs, and continuous proposal-process improvement.
