Develop and implement sustainability strategies, policies, and action plans across business units. Plan and execute IT audit engagements, assess IT systems and controls, develop audit programs, document findings and recommendations, advise on IT general controls, collaborate across audit and business teams, and stay current on digital technologies and risks.

Manage and grow corporate and institutional relationships for Provident Fund services. Win new PVD mandates, prepare proposals, provide tailored fund solutions, advise on fund setup and communications, coordinate performance reporting, and ensure regulatory and internal compliance.

Lead organizational design, strategic workforce planning, job evaluation, talent management and succession planning. Drive transformation and process improvement, design AI-augmented workforce models, enable skills-based design, and lead change management and stakeholder engagement using data, automation and facilitation.

Develop and execute employee engagement and well-being strategies; lead engagement surveys, analyze insights, and recommend actions; drive organization-wide engagement plans; consult HR and business stakeholders; partner on employee experience initiatives; govern team-building, communications, and engagement projects.

Lead end-to-end execution of project finance and capital markets transactions: originate opportunities, perform due diligence and financial analysis, structure financing, obtain approvals, negotiate documents, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.
