Build the O&M organization, determine in-house versus subcontracted delivery, negotiate and manage WTG, balance-of-plant, HV, and grid-compliance contracts, and optimize availability, revenue, and costs. Ensure safe operations for employees and contractors while coordinating with OEMs, subcontractors, grid operators, authorities, and industry stakeholders. Support Romanian business development and prepare acquired and greenfield assets for reliable long-term operations.

Manage Egypt tax compliance, reporting, accounting, advisory, and risk activities. Ensure accurate direct and indirect tax filings, coordinate with advisors and authorities, monitor legislation, oversee tax provisions and deferred tax reporting, and support audits and controversy matters. Implement and maintain global data governance, quality, cataloging, ownership, master data, lifecycle management, standardization, and lineage practices. Lead data quality remediation, support architecture and platform initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare trusted data for analytics and AI. Supports the development, design, execution, testing, commissioning, and closeout of utility-scale wind projects. Manage site quality operations for renewable energy construction projects, including QA/QC systems, audits, contractor and supplier quality documents, non-conformance resolution, inspections, corrective actions, reporting, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Lead the site quality team, support project stakeholders, coordinate client quality communications, and promote continuous process improvement and quality culture.

The role focuses on electrical engineering for battery energy storage, medium-voltage networks, high-voltage systems, substations, and utility-scale photovoltaic projects.

Supports accounting and finance operations across multiple group companies by processing journals, invoices, payments, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations. Prepares VAT workings, audit schedules, compliance documentation, and financial reports while resolving supplier queries and maintaining accurate records. The role requires strong Excel skills, accounting experience, numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in an international renewable energy organization.

Owns the technical delivery of utility-scale onshore wind projects from pre-construction through commissioning and handover. Responsibilities include managing detailed design, turbine OEM and EPC interfaces, technical contracts, grid connection, project schedules, technical risks, design changes, construction quality, commissioning readiness, and engineering resources. The role coordinates developers, contractors, suppliers, utilities, grid operators, consultants, and lenders’ technical advisors, with frequent project-site travel.

Coordinate procurement and logistics activities for renewable energy business units. Obtain quotes, prepare purchase orders and contracts, manage supplier communication, track deliveries, maintain shipping and payment documentation, process invoices, administer customs documents and warranty claims, and support procurement audits, compliance, RFPs, bid evaluations, and on-site material deliveries.

Supervise electrical quality activities at a renewable energy construction site. Manage inspectors, monitor the site quality management system, conduct inspections, track nonconformities, concessions, calibration, complaints, audits, punch items, and red-line updates. Review contractor quality implementation, approve inspection reports, prepare project quality documentation, and compile quality data packages. The role requires electrical engineering knowledge, quality control certification, construction drawing interpretation, Romanian and English fluency, and a driver’s license.

Leads Health, Safety, Security, and Environment activities for a wind energy construction project. Responsibilities include implementing HSSE systems and plans, developing procedures for turbine installation, heavy lifting, and work at height, ensuring legal and ISO compliance, coordinating personnel and contractors, conducting risk assessments and audits, managing incidents and emergency preparedness, and reporting performance KPIs to project leadership.

Lead the technical design, configuration, sizing, hybridization, and optimization of renewable generation portfolios involving solar, wind, and BESS. Develop production, yield, dispatch, and performance models; support generator structuring, EPC and project-finance processes, lender due diligence, and CPPA negotiations. Interface with operations and digital platforms to enable forecasting, dispatch optimization, metering, and performance monitoring. Build optimization tools and technical business cases using Excel, Python, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
