Provides on-site document control for a renewable energy construction project. Responsibilities include maintaining the Site Master Document List, reviewing and distributing contractor documents and drawings, managing correspondence, enforcing document standards and workflows, supporting redlines and as-built handover, assisting audits, reporting document status, and training site personnel on document management procedures.

Coordinate international and local logistics for renewable energy projects, including shipments, vessel bookings, transportation, customs clearance, regulatory approvals, import/export documentation, and delivery schedules. Manage NAFEZA ACID registration and Cargo-X requirements, monitor shipments, resolve issues, review logistics invoices, track costs, and prepare KPI reports. The role supports project cargo planning, oversized equipment logistics, compliance, and timely project execution.
