Manage Scatec’s compliance framework across Egypt by developing policies, conducting risk assessments, implementing mitigation plans, overseeing third-party due diligence, delivering training, managing whistleblowing concerns, performing assurance reviews, and advising management on legal and compliance risks. The role partners with business leaders across renewable energy projects to strengthen governance, ethical conduct, and regulatory compliance.

Leads Scatec’s global wind turbine procurement category, including category strategy, supplier qualification, performance management, market analysis, and high-value supply agreement negotiations. Coordinates procurement with legal, project development, construction, finance, logistics, and operations teams. Supports wind projects from development through construction, manages procurement risks and claims, establishes governance, and leads an international team of procurement and logistics managers.

Manage the operations and maintenance strategy for Scatec’s Romanian wind portfolio. Build the O&M organization, determine in-house versus subcontracted delivery, negotiate and manage WTG, balance-of-plant, HV, and grid-compliance contracts, and optimize availability, revenue, and costs. Ensure safe operations for employees and contractors while coordinating with OEMs, subcontractors, grid operators, authorities, and industry stakeholders. Support Romanian business development and prepare acquired and greenfield assets for reliable long-term operations.
