The Director will lead pre- and post-acquisition integration planning and execution, including diligence, Day 1 readiness, 100-day plans, systems migrations, financial tracking, operational improvements, and handover to business owners. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, protects patient service and revenue-cycle performance, builds repeatable integration processes, manages risks and budgets, and delivers measurable synergies across Scan.com and acquired healthcare businesses.

Leads and develops engineering teams while remaining hands-on in production coding, architecture, design reviews, and technical decisions. Establishes engineering standards, owns system architecture, manages technical debt, partners with Product and Operations, and advances AI-native development practices through agent deployment and evaluation frameworks. The role also supports hiring, engineering culture, roadmap prioritization, and the delivery of healthcare technology systems.

Manage commercial contracts across drafting, redlining, negotiation, execution, renewals, and amendments. Support the Supply team, own the NDA process, administer LawVu, build contract templates and workflows, and train business users. Negotiate healthcare-related agreements, including BAAs and DPAs, while supporting compliance with HIPAA, privacy laws, anti-kickback statutes, Stark, corporate practice of medicine, and fee-splitting rules. Use AI responsibly to improve drafting, analysis, and research.

Architect and build reliable integration infrastructure connecting imaging centers, health systems, EHRs, referral networks, and third-party platforms. Responsibilities include REST and HL7 v2 integrations, message transformation pipelines, fault-tolerant queuing, FHIR data mapping, observability, onboarding tooling, architecture reviews, and mentoring engineers.

The Accounts Receivable Associate processes payments and refunds, follows up on outstanding invoices, reconciles receivables, prepares aging reports and bank deposits, resolves billing discrepancies, supports month-end close and audits, and maintains accurate financial records. The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and cross-functional communication. NetSuite and Ramp experience is preferred.

Own a national Workers’ Compensation sales portfolio, generating pipeline and closing accounts across payers, TPAs, employers, and managed care organizations. Build senior stakeholder relationships, provide consultative solution design, manage forecasts, and collaborate on pilots, implementation, contracts, and compliance. Monitor market trends, represent the company at industry conferences, and provide feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy.
