We’re looking for a Reductions Specialist at an exciting time - we’ve successfully launched multiple platforms and products, raised over $70m in VC funding, reached profitability, and have a growth trajectory of over 100% YoY.
WHAT YOU WILL BE GETTING INVOLVED IN
At Scan.com, we're on a mission to simplify and accelerate access to diagnostic imaging for patients and clinicians. As a Reductions Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in achieving this goal by balancing financial objectives with maintaining strong professional relationships. We're seeking an individual who thrives in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment who's passionate about personal injury case processes.
This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm. After completing training, there will be hybrid flexibility in the role, with the option to work from home 1-2 days per week.
As an early stage business, you can expect your role to develop over time. However, some of the types of things you could be getting involved in are:
- Engaging with personal injury attorneys to negotiate payment amounts on behalf of the company
- Partnering closely with internal teams to gather relevant case information
- Maintaining detailed records of negotiations, outcomes, and agreements
- Building strong internal and external relationships

WHAT YOU MIGHT BRING TO THE TABLE:
