Design, build, and maintain scalable Azure-based ETL/ELT data pipelines and Lakehouse/Data Warehouse architectures. Lead and mentor a team while remaining hands-on in Python, Spark, and SQL development. Ensure data quality, performance, reliability, security, and compliance. Collaborate with BI, analytics, product, and business teams to translate requirements into robust, production-grade solutions and continuously improve architecture and processes.

Manage inbound client inquiries, maintain CRM records, research and build B2B prospect lists, perform personalized LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups, coordinate meetings with sales, track outreach metrics, and support business development and onboarding processes.

Lead website traffic growth through SEO, content, and social strategies. Own content strategy, conversion funnel optimization, and integrated digital visibility. Coordinate SEO, content, design, and social teams to drive revenue-focused visits and qualified leads using analytics and CRM tracking.
