Coordinates relationships with schools and educational stakeholders through school visits, product demonstrations, requirements gathering, feedback tracking, implementation follow-ups, and communication with technical teams. Provides basic product guidance and training to school staff while maintaining organized records and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.

Conduct LinkedIn outreach, identify prospects, build lead databases, draft follow-ups, manage engagement and branding, coordinate with sales on lead qualification, research target markets, and track outreach performance.

Develop and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards, data models, and end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines across Azure, Snowflake, Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric. Write optimized SQL and use Python, Spark, and Delta Lake for data processing. Ensure data quality, governance, security, reconciliation, and performance across source systems, warehouses, lakehouses, and BI outputs. Collaborate with stakeholders, troubleshoot data flows, document standards, mentor junior engineers, and own solutions through deployment and optimization.
