Drive internal AI adoption and incorporate AI capabilities into products. Coordinate ISO certification and cybersecurity initiatives with consultants, IT, and Engineering. Support product releases through demos and training while improving PM standards and processes.

Designs, deploys, secures, and administers corporate IT and microgrid OT infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments. Responsibilities include identity and access management, systems and network administration, security compliance, cloud platforms, monitoring, backups, remote connectivity, and Tier 1–3 troubleshooting. Supports SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, and industrial protocols while maintaining IT/OT segmentation, documentation, audit readiness, and incident response. The role is based in Ridgewood, New Jersey, includes approximately 25% travel, and requires on-call participation.
