Teams at Scale Microgrids

Lead end-to-end microgrid construction projects across the Northeast from contract signature to commissioning. Coordinate internal teams, customers, subcontractors, vendors, and regulators; prepare schedules and budgets; manage bids, contracts, cost and schedule tracking; resolve conflicts; and help scale the Project Management function.

Design, program, and commission PLC-based control systems for microgrids; specify and troubleshoot control hardware and instrumentation; produce control design documents; manage site-level networks and security; perform risk assessments and safety measures; collaborate with teams and vendors; support cybersecurity and continual improvement of microgrid controls.

The role involves leading the full lifecycle development of power generation projects for hyperscale data centers, including site control and project execution. Responsibilities include managing project teams, overseeing permitting, and analyzing market dynamics to drive financial success.
