Teams at Scale Microgrids

Evaluate microgrid project economics, optimize solar, battery, and generator systems, develop distributed energy resource dispatch strategies, and support business development proposals. The role uses Python, Excel, HelioScope, and proprietary optimization tools while collaborating with engineering, finance, and project management teams to advance projects toward construction.

Leads origination, structuring, negotiation, and management of debt, tax equity, and tax credit transfer financings for distributed energy assets. Builds and audits complex financial models, evaluates capital structures, supports transactions, manages due diligence and external advisors, and partners with legal, accounting, banking, tax equity, and project teams. Also manages junior professionals and advises senior leadership on investment strategy and business innovation.

Own internal software products from discovery through launch, including user research, prioritization, roadmap management, stakeholder communication, and outcome tracking. Drive internal AI adoption and incorporate AI capabilities into products. Coordinate ISO certification and cybersecurity initiatives with consultants, IT, and Engineering. Support product releases through demos and training while improving PM standards and processes.
