Build DCF and project finance models for acquisitions and portfolios; support transaction management and due diligence; coordinate with banks, tax equity and other capital providers; prepare term sheets and CIMs; partner with internal teams to advance opportunities from origination to closing.

Lead a product engineering team delivering power systems expertise for microgrids and data centers. Define technical vision, review designs, set protection and controls standards, guide power analysis, interface with stakeholders, and grow a high-performing team.

Lead end-to-end microgrid construction projects across the Northeast from contract signature to commissioning. Coordinate internal teams, customers, subcontractors, vendors, and regulators; prepare schedules and budgets; manage bids, contracts, cost and schedule tracking; resolve conflicts; and help scale the Project Management function.
