Lead high-touch engagements, oversee deployments and pilots, provide technical escalation and troubleshooting, collaborate cross-functionally on renewals and product feedback, and drive customer outcomes through lifecycle management and proactive risk identification.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for large enterprise customers, driving adoption, retention, and growth. Lead deployments, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, provide best practices and training, liaise with Sales/Product/Engineering, manage account lifecycle, and support complex multi-site or distributed environments.

Provide onboarding, escalation support, troubleshooting, best-practice guidance, and customer advocacy while collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Services teams.
