Manage day-to-day accounting (journals, ledgers, reconciliations), prepare financial statements per Ind AS, ensure GST/TDS/Income Tax compliance, support audits, handle AP/AR and payroll accounting, produce MIS and variance analysis, coordinate with US team on US GAAP close activities, and improve accounting processes and controls.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for large enterprise customers, driving adoption, retention, and growth. Lead deployments, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, provide best practices and training, liaise with Sales/Product/Engineering, manage account lifecycle, and support complex multi-site or distributed environments.

Produce partner-facing e-learning courses and triage LMS support cases. Author Rise 360 content, export SCORM/xAPI, publish and configure Docebo courses, manage production in Monday.com, respond to Salesforce cases, maintain course quality, and generate training reports using AI tools.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for assigned enterprise accounts, driving adoption and successful deployments of Scale Computing solutions. Provide onboarding, escalation support, troubleshooting, best-practice guidance, and customer advocacy while collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Services teams.

Serve as a technical advisor and advocate for assigned customers, guiding deployments, driving product adoption, troubleshooting issues, supporting onboarding and proofs-of-concept, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure customer success with Scale Computing solutions.

Provide Salesforce platform support for global users: manage tickets, break/fix, testing, reports/dashboards, data manipulation, configuration (objects, fields, flows, security), user adoption, and collaborate with teams to deliver declarative solutions.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for large enterprise customers, driving adoption, retention, and growth. Lead high-touch engagements, oversee deployments and pilots, provide technical escalation and troubleshooting, collaborate cross-functionally on renewals and product feedback, and drive customer outcomes through lifecycle management and proactive risk identification.

Provide front-line post-sales technical support for Scale Computing customers: answer calls and tickets, troubleshoot hyper-converged clusters, gather logs, escalate to Tier 2, participate in on-call rotation, and maintain product knowledge and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate onboarding and implementation for the Scale Computing Platform, manage case workflows and scheduling, communicate milestones, partner with Sales, Operations, and Support, and track internal service and support projects to ensure successful customer deployments.
