Leads corporate IT across service desk operations, identity and access, endpoint management, SaaS platforms, asset management, office connectivity, vendors, budgets, and team development. The role consolidates inherited IT environments, improves workflows and service delivery, supports audits, manages technology costs and security, and partners with business functions on incidents, change management, and planning. It also establishes responsible AI use for IT operations and requires substantial IT leadership experience.

Owns the reliability, security, and performance of on-premises, virtualized, and cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include administering Windows and Linux servers, managing virtualization and identity platforms, maintaining backup and disaster recovery plans, monitoring systems, automating infrastructure tasks, supporting vulnerability remediation, leading migrations and upgrades, documenting systems, mentoring administrators, and serving as the senior escalation point during incidents and maintenance windows.

Leads the Operations team, manages coordinators, and oversees orders, provisioning, warranties, licensing, inventory, supply chain, vendors, and business systems. The Channel Account Executive recruits, onboards, and grows reseller, MSP, and distributor relationships within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, delivering product training, supporting channel deals, creating joint business plans, coordinating demand generation, attending partner events, forecasting, and maintaining CRM activity. The role requires channel sales experience in IT infrastructure or related technologies, quota achievement, strong partner relationship skills, and 25–40% territory travel.

The Chief Marketing Officer will build and lead Scale Computing’s marketing function, owning brand strategy, demand generation, channel marketing, go-to-market planning, marketing operations, attribution, and revenue impact. The role requires developing partner programs, co-branded campaigns, and pipeline-generation engines across resellers, MSPs, VARs, and distributors. The CMO will partner with sales and executive leadership, manage marketing structure and budget, represent marketing at the board level, and scale teams and programs across a growing B2B technology portfolio.

Supports B2B partner marketing programs for resellers, MSPs, and distributors. Responsibilities include launching campaigns, creating partner content, coordinating webinars and events, managing the partner portal and MDF program, promoting marketing tools, and tracking engagement, utilization, and campaign ROI. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, strong organization, communication, analytical skills, and occasional travel of up to 15%.

Hands-on security engineer responsible for deploying, configuring, and automating security tooling across AWS/Azure and on-premises. Build and tune SIEM, EDR/XDR, vulnerability scanning, and IaC security; develop detection rules and automation (Python/Bash/PowerShell); support detection, threat hunting, incident response, and cloud/container hardening while working with the CISO to translate strategy into technical implementations.

Provide Salesforce platform support for global users: manage tickets, break/fix, testing, reports/dashboards, data manipulation, configuration (objects, fields, flows, security), user adoption, and collaborate with teams to deliver declarative solutions.

Provide front-line post-sales technical support for Scale Computing customers: answer calls and tickets, troubleshoot hyper-converged clusters, gather logs, escalate to Tier 2, participate in on-call rotation, and maintain product knowledge and customer satisfaction.
