Teams at Scale Computing

Leads corporate IT operations, including service desk delivery, identity and access management, endpoint management, SaaS and vendor portfolios, asset lifecycle, connectivity, budgeting, compliance support, and AI-enabled process improvement. Consolidates legacy IT environments, establishes service models and performance metrics, manages costs and risk, and develops the IT team while partnering with Security, Finance, HR, Business Systems, and Infrastructure.

Owns Scale Computing’s enterprise security and compliance program, including PCI-DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, risk management, policies, incident response, vendor risk, customer security assurance, and AI governance. The director reports security posture to executives and the board, leads audit and remediation activities, manages customer compliance responsibilities, and develops the security and compliance leadership team.

Leads corporate IT across service desk operations, identity and access, endpoint management, SaaS platforms, asset management, office connectivity, vendors, budgets, and team development. The role consolidates inherited IT environments, improves workflows and service delivery, supports audits, manages technology costs and security, and partners with business functions on incidents, change management, and planning. It also establishes responsible AI use for IT operations and requires substantial IT leadership experience.
