Lead and improve People Operations end-to-end: onboarding, changes, leaves, promotions, transfers, and offboarding. Optimize HR systems (Paylocity/HRIS), automate workflows, build AI-enabled tools, maintain data quality, create reporting and dashboards, partner with Finance/IT/vendors, and standardize global People practices to simplify employee and manager experiences.

Hands-on security engineer responsible for deploying, configuring, and automating security tooling across AWS/Azure and on-premises. Build and tune SIEM, EDR/XDR, vulnerability scanning, and IaC security; develop detection rules and automation (Python/Bash/PowerShell); support detection, threat hunting, incident response, and cloud/container hardening while working with the CISO to translate strategy into technical implementations.

Coordinate onboarding and implementation for the Scale Computing Platform, manage case workflows and scheduling, communicate milestones, partner with Sales, Operations, and Support, and track internal service and support projects to ensure successful customer deployments.
