Lead corporate tax engagements including ASC 740 income tax provisions, consolidated federal/state/local returns, strategic federal/state tax planning, monitor tax law changes, prepare projections, mentor and manage tax team, support business development and client relationships.

Perform contract compliance audits: assess contract risks, select suppliers, conduct stakeholder interviews, request and review supplier documentation, create and deliver audit reports, support supplier negotiations to recover refunds, and recommend contract and process improvements while maintaining client relationships.

Perform SOC1/SOC2 examinations and cybersecurity readiness assessments, review IT security and compliance programs, advise on internal controls, manage multiple client engagements, mentor team members, stay current with standards, and use technology/AI to improve audit delivery and identify service opportunities.
