Lead IT operations, teams, and vendor relationships; own service delivery, incident/change management, network and endpoint security, DR/BC planning, and full lifecycle IT project delivery. Act as business partner to translate firm needs into IT initiatives, enforce compliance and SLAs, and drive modernization and continuous improvement.

The HR Manager will lead HR functions including talent acquisition, HR business partnering, and HR operations, driving recruitment, strategy, and compliance.

Manage and review tax planning, compliance, and research for for-profit and nonprofit clients (≈50% nonprofit). Oversee ASC 740 provisions, consolidated federal/state/local returns, Form 990 work, tax projections, legislative monitoring, and mentor tax team members.
