Lead static equipment engineering for FEED, basic, and detailed engineering projects. Design and review pressure vessels, columns, reactors, drums, heat exchangers, tanks, separators, and filters. Prepare datasheets, specifications, calculations, technical bid evaluations, and vendor documentation reviews. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal disciplines while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards. Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support project delivery and organizational improvement.

Promotes engineering and consultancy services, generates B2B leads, manages client relationships, conducts presentations, prepares technical and commercial proposals, supports tenders and bids, meets sales targets, researches markets, updates CRM records, and assists with digital marketing campaigns and industry events across Oil & Gas, EPC, energy, petrochemical, and industrial sectors.

Prepares technical and commercial proposals for Oil & Gas and EPC tenders. Reviews RFQs, RFPs, ITTs, drawings, BOQs, and specifications; develops cost estimates, quantity take-offs, pricing, schedules, and resource plans; evaluates vendor quotations; identifies risks, exclusions, and deviations; coordinates with engineering, procurement, vendors, and project teams; prepares bid documentation and clarification requests; and ensures accurate, timely submissions.

Owns commercial execution for engineering consultancy, EPCM, and PMC services across oil and gas, petrochemical, and chemical markets. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying B2B leads, managing client relationships, tracking opportunities, coordinating bids and proposals, supporting negotiations, maintaining CRM data, forecasting pipeline, monitoring markets, and supporting marketing campaigns. The role manages targeted accounts in India and selected overseas regions and works with engineering, estimation, contracts, and leadership teams to convert opportunities into orders.
