Analyzes commercial borrower and guarantor financials, cash flow, repayment capacity, collateral, and industry risk for new loans and annual reviews. Prepares credit analyses, recommendations, reports, and documentation; coordinates transactions and Credit Committee activity; maintains loan records; supports compliance, workflow improvements, vendors, workouts, and junior analyst development.

Manage deposit account operations, including overdraft activity, returned items, legal orders, account research, maintenance, fee reversals, returned mail, and IRA processing. Support audits, reporting, procedure updates, exception tracking, and cross-trained functions such as ACH, checks, wires, stop payments, and disputes. Respond to branch, customer, and internal questions while ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely processing.
