Coordinates government, consortium, UNMISS and private-sector stakeholders; supervises staff; monitors training and work-based learning sites; manages participant data, reporting, EU compliance, visibility and field-level quality assurance.

Leads Save the Children’s Sierra Leone programme development and quality strategy, including country planning, proposal design, programme quality, MEAL, learning, partnerships, and donor positioning. Oversees evidence-based programming across development and humanitarian contexts, ensures child safeguarding and technical standards, represents the organization with government and partners, and manages, mentors, and develops a seven-person PDQ team.

Leads field implementation of ARISE-GREEN agricultural TVET activities across an assigned South Sudan county or hub. Coordinates with sector leads, technical advisors, MEAL, support functions, local authorities and humanitarian fora. Oversees partner capacity strengthening, programme quality, accountability, risk management and emergency preparedness while ensuring services are timely, effective and aligned with organizational and donor standards.

Responsibilities include integrated planning, implementation, budgeting, compliance, reporting, risk management, safeguarding, procurement, staffing, partner oversight, service coordination, and representation with government, UN agencies, NGOs, and community organizations.
