Leads the establishment, transition, and ongoing operations of a maternal and child specialized hospital, including CEmONC services. Oversees clinical, operational, support, staffing, infrastructure, supplies, governance, quality improvement, financial resources, stakeholder coordination, and integration with humanitarian and national health systems. Ensures safe, equitable, people-centred care and hospital readiness while adapting to emergency conditions.

Provides technical leadership for designing, adapting, aligning, and accrediting competency-based agricultural TVET curricula across South Sudan. Develops trainer guides, learner workbooks, assessment tools, and micro-credential pathways aligned with NQF Levels 1–5. Leads instructor capacity building, ministry and private-sector engagement, quality assurance, monitoring visits, and technical reporting while integrating green technologies, climate-smart agriculture, inclusion, gender equity, and conflict sensitivity.

Provides field-level implementation support for agricultural TVET programs in Kapoeta County. Responsibilities include supporting competency-based training, monitoring facilities and inventories, mobilizing and tracking vulnerable youth, overseeing apprenticeships and start-up kit distribution, engaging community stakeholders, collecting project data, safeguarding participants, and preparing routine reports.
