Implements Save the Children Vietnam project activities with partners, ensuring delivery against workplans, quality standards, budgets, donor requirements, and safeguarding principles. The role monitors risks, project data, accountability systems, finances, procurement, and partner performance; supports reporting, evaluations, training, and capacity building; contributes to proposals and strategic planning; and coordinates with technical advisers, government stakeholders, and local partners. The officer may also support emergency response and act as Project Manager when assigned.

Leads SGBV response and prevention programming, including survivor-centered case management, referrals, MHPSS coordination, staff supervision, training, SOP development, data protection, reporting, and coordination with service providers and humanitarian partners. The role oversees field implementation, strengthens referral pathways, monitors quality and confidentiality, supports budgeting and work planning, and ensures child safeguarding and protection standards for refugees, migrants, children, and adults.

Coordinates a portfolio of 10–15 humanitarian and development awards across planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting, compliance, partnerships, and close-out. Reviews donor and financial reports, monitors budgets and performance, supports donor compliance, maintains award records in AMS, coordinates partner agreements, facilitates award meetings, and works with program, finance, operations, and external partners. The role also supports audits, capacity building, emergency response, and field visits.
