Own and deliver end-to-end product features across backend and frontend (Go, TypeScript, Python). Integrate LLMs and AI (prompt engineering, RAG) into adviser-facing workflows, collaborate with Product and Design, ensure regulatory-compliant, well-tested code, estimate and ship to deadlines, and shape product direction.

Build and maintain scalable, reliable backend infrastructure for a fintech platform: data pipelines, integrations, AI/LLM infrastructure, compliance automation, and user-facing APIs. Own performance, observability, security, and correctness for systems handling regulated financial data. Contribute to architecture, documentation, and operational excellence as the platform scales.

Own end-to-end partner implementation and success: onboard and configure firms, drive user adoption and retention, identify upsell opportunities, act as customer advocate to Product, and improve processes and playbooks to scale partnerships.

Own the full B2B SaaS sales cycle for IFAs: prospecting, qualification, demos, proposals, closing, onboarding handoff, and expansion. Build and grow pipeline, cultivate industry relationships, provide customer feedback to Product, and travel across the UK to meet prospects and attend events.

Own and grow enterprise relationships for Saturn: manage full sales cycle for large accounts, build and forecast pipeline, run demos and commercial presentations for senior stakeholders, drive expansion, maintain strategic relationships, travel across the UK, and coordinate post-sale execution with Product, Implementation and Customer Success.

Drive partner adoption and quality of AI-powered suitability outputs by engaging advisers, running demos and training, supporting onboarding and success, feeding product and engineering with real-world feedback, and defining testing and release approaches.

Serve as the first point of contact for advisers: handle inbound support, onboard new firms, troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, track tickets, surface product insights, and support Partnerships operations.
