Provides engineering support for safe, reliable, and secure remote operation of a pipeline system. Manages SCADA and facility improvement projects from design through commissioning, supports system and communications troubleshooting, provides on-call assistance, evaluates operational technology, develops business cases, trains personnel, and oversees contractors. Requires engineering expertise, professional registration in Saskatchewan, SCADA or communications experience, occasional travel, and a Class 5 driver’s license.

Leads a portfolio of business applications, managing teams, vendors, budgets, projects, upgrades, enhancements, support, and multi-year planning. Ensures application reliability, compliance, technical currency, and alignment with organizational goals. The role oversees requirements, development, testing, deployment, service levels, process improvement, automation, operating standards, and stakeholder relationships across IT and business functions.

Oversee DT&S financial operations and vendor governance, including annual budgeting, capital utilization, expenditure approvals, variance analysis, financial reporting, cloud spending optimization, contract compliance, vendor selection, negotiations, renewals, and performance reviews.

Provides general office, reception, clerical, records, filing, reporting, correspondence, meeting coordination, procurement card, expense, invoice, and supply administration. Supports department staff and customers, maintains information systems and files, prepares reports and documents, arranges travel and facilities, and provides training on office software and work processes.
