Leads enterprise financial performance initiatives focused on cost control, productivity, revenue assurance, revenue optimization, and financial discipline. Directs cross-functional reviews, financial modeling, scenario analysis, opportunity prioritization, implementation planning, and benefit realization. Provides strategic recommendations to executives and governance bodies, strengthens organizational financial acumen, and leads the Enterprise Financial Performance function and its resources.

Leads departmental project management, continuous improvement, and change management practices. Oversees complex engineering projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholders, communications, quality, and team collaboration. Provides technical project management guidance, develops departmental tools and roadmaps, mentors employees, and ensures timely completion of project deliverables. Occasional overnight travel is required.

Leads engineering and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, contracts, deliverables, communications, and stakeholder expectations. Coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality project completion. Requires relevant construction or natural gas/oil industry experience, direct project management experience, PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification, and a Class 5 driver's license. Occasional overnight travel is required.
