Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, performance management, employee relations, compliance, engagement initiatives, and HR analytics to support business objectives.

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across business units: partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates (finance, legal, compliance), manage Zoho Recruit pipelines, prepare offers, coordinate pre-joining formalities with Admin/IT/Payroll, run onboarding programs via Zoho People, maintain records and dashboards, and drive continuous improvement of the candidate and new-hire experience.

Drive B2B lead-generation and brand visibility via digital channels, LinkedIn, webinars, events, and partnerships. Create high-quality content (articles, case studies, newsletters, presentations). Manage website, email campaigns, CRM data, campaign tracking, and marketing databases. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and work with business development to convert marketing initiatives into qualified leads. Monitor performance and provide insights to improve ROI.

Own the lead-to-billing lifecycle: engage and qualify clients, draft and manage proposals, maintain CRM and pipeline, hand over to delivery, oversee milestones to billing, coordinate invoicing and collections, and identify cross-sell opportunities while providing sales MIS to management.

Manage client accounting and tax compliance, maintain books, prepare MIS and statutory filings (GST, TDS, TCS, Advance Tax), supervise 1-2 executives, ensure timely deliverables and client relationship management.

Manage accounting and tax client engagements, lead a team of ~10, ensure books and statutory compliance (TDS, TCS, GST, Advance Tax), prepare and present MIS and financial reports, develop templates and compliance calendars, maintain client relationships, allocate tasks, and report to management.

Lead B2B marketing to drive brand visibility and qualified leads via digital campaigns, LinkedIn, webinars, events, content creation, CRM management, and campaign analytics while supporting business development.
