The Role
Manage accounting and tax client engagements, lead a team of ~10, ensure books and statutory compliance (TDS, TCS, GST, Advance Tax), prepare and present MIS and financial reports, develop templates and compliance calendars, maintain client relationships, allocate tasks, and report to management.

9. Report on team and client-related updates to Reporting manager / Management.

Requirements
1. Excellent Interpersonal, Managerial & Leadership Skills
2. Deep knowledge in Accounting, MIS, Finalization of Accounts, and Audits
3. Good knowledge of Income Tax & GST laws and compliances
4. Good communication skills [English - Written & Spoken compulsory]
5. Experience of working in Tally, Zoho Books and other accounting software
