Coordinate proposals, leads, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, project milestones, billing, CRM updates, and management reporting. The role works across sales, delivery, billing, and accounts teams to ensure accurate and timely processing from proposal through project closure. It also involves client relationship support, follow-up on leads and overdue accounts, and maintaining records in Zoho or similar CRM and project-management systems.

Drive revenue growth by building and converting referral networks, prospecting new B2B clients, closing advisory and compliance mandates, cross-selling existing accounts, and reactivating dormant relationships. The role engages law firms, professional services partners, foreign companies, MNC subsidiaries, and Indian corporates. Responsibilities also include pipeline management, CRM reporting, event and content support, and independently owning deal origination through closure.

Manage accounting and tax client engagements, lead a team of ~10, ensure books and statutory compliance (TDS, TCS, GST, Advance Tax), prepare and present MIS and financial reports, develop templates and compliance calendars, maintain client relationships, allocate tasks, and report to management.
