Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across business units: partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates (finance, legal, compliance), manage Zoho Recruit pipelines, prepare offers, coordinate pre-joining formalities with Admin/IT/Payroll, run onboarding programs via Zoho People, maintain records and dashboards, and drive continuous improvement of the candidate and new-hire experience.

Manage client accounting and tax compliance, maintain books, prepare MIS and statutory filings (GST, TDS, TCS, Advance Tax), supervise 1-2 executives, ensure timely deliverables and client relationship management.

Manage accounting and tax client engagements, lead a team of ~10, ensure books and statutory compliance (TDS, TCS, GST, Advance Tax), prepare and present MIS and financial reports, develop templates and compliance calendars, maintain client relationships, allocate tasks, and report to management.
