Build and maintain an end-to-end real-time flight simulation framework for eVTOL aircraft, including dynamics, propulsion, controls, avionics, environmental effects, and failure modes. Lead the architecture, specification, design, integration, testing, and certification of high-performance electric propulsion motors for eVTOL aircraft. Define motor requirements, optimize electromagnetic, thermal, structural, and fault-tolerant performance, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and suppliers, oversee validation and durability testing, support safety documentation, and mentor engineers while shaping propulsion technology strategy.

Architect and develop flight control systems for eVTOL aircraft, including control algorithms, sensor fusion, fault tolerance, simulations, and embedded integration. Collaborate with propulsion, avionics, and systems teams; define requirements; support SIL/PIL/HIL and flight testing; analyze performance data; and prepare certification documentation under aviation safety standards.

Lead the design and development of guidance, navigation, and estimation systems for eVTOL aircraft. Develop sensor fusion, state estimation, guidance laws, trajectory generation, and fault-tolerant navigation algorithms. Conduct modeling, simulation, Monte Carlo analysis, HIL/PIL testing, flight-test support, and post-flight analysis. Define system requirements, support integration with flight controls and avionics, and maintain certification documentation for safety-critical aerospace systems.

Lead structural loads and aeroelasticity analysis for an eVTOL aircraft across its flight envelope. Generate loads spectra, perform static and dynamic analyses, develop and validate aeroelastic models, assess flutter and divergence, collaborate with flight controls and structures teams, support ground and flight testing, correlate models with experimental data, and contribute to certification and internal engineering processes.

Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, managing calls and inquiries, maintaining visitor logs, coordinating meeting rooms, and supporting office administration. Responsibilities include courier and vendor coordination, supplies tracking, onboarding logistics, event support, and maintaining a professional reception area. The role requires discretion, strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
