Build and maintain an end-to-end real-time flight simulation framework for eVTOL aircraft, including dynamics, propulsion, controls, avionics, environmental effects, and failure modes. Develop C++ and Python software, automate verification and validation, integrate visual, audio, motion, VR/MR, and external systems, and ensure deterministic performance. Support SIL, HIL, pilot-in-the-loop testing, simulator qualification, certification readiness, and cross-functional collaboration with flight controls, avionics, autonomy, and hardware teams.

Develop and optimize safety-critical embedded software for eVTOL flight controllers, avionics, and autopilot systems. Responsibilities include low-level driver and application development, sensor integration, guidance and navigation logic, real-time C/C++ programming, SIL/HIL testing, debugging, hardware integration, and DO-178C certification support. The role also involves architecture, code reviews, cross-functional collaboration, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to aerospace software best practices.

Lead the architecture, specification, design, integration, testing, and certification of high-performance electric propulsion motors for eVTOL aircraft. Define motor requirements, optimize electromagnetic, thermal, structural, and fault-tolerant performance, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and suppliers, oversee validation and durability testing, support safety documentation, and mentor engineers while shaping propulsion technology strategy.
