Provide nursing care and unit leadership for residents: maintain and restore patient health, serve as primary contact for families, address and prevent family concerns, and support staff development.

Director of MDS (RN) oversees and ensures accurate completion of the MDS/RAI assessment process, requires active RN licensure, knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, OBRA, LTC payer systems or prior long-term care nursing experience. Position offers flexible schedules, benefits, and a sign-on bonus.

Provide leadership and oversight of nursing care in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility. Manage clinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance and quality care, control budgets, coordinate clinical operations across units, and serve as backup to the Nursing Home Administrator.

Coordinate and manage the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and Minimum Data Set (MDS) processes. Ensure compliance with professional standards, physician orders, company policies, and federal, state, and local regulations. Collaborate with clinical staff to support resident assessments and regulatory requirements.

Lead a nursing unit providing patient care, serve as primary contact for residents and families, address concerns, and oversee resident health and unit operations while supporting staff development.
