Lead a nursing unit providing patient care, serve as primary contact for residents and families, address concerns, and oversee resident health and unit operations while supporting staff development.

Greet and check in visitors, manage main phone line and direct calls, maintain office files and directory, assist job applicants with hiring paperwork, and provide front desk customer service for a long-term care and rehabilitation center.

Provide leadership and oversight of nursing care in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility. Manage clinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance and quality care, control budgets, coordinate clinical operations across units, and serve as backup to the Nursing Home Administrator.
