Participate in a four-year rotational engineering development program supporting capital projects, stormwater, transportation, public utilities, and planning. Perform design tasks, plan reviews, field inspections, technical reports, specifications, coordination with stakeholders, and present findings while pursuing EI/PE licensure under mentorship.

Serve as senior operations leader assisting the Director to manage Parks, Recreation, and Natural Resources divisions. Oversee personnel, budgets, grants, accreditation, audits, operations, community engagement, program development, and customer service. Act as Acting Director when needed and drive strategic planning, process improvements, and compliance.

Provide strategic leadership for parks maintenance and operations, manage budgets and capital programs, oversee asset tracking (Maximo/GIS), coach staff, coordinate projects and preventive maintenance, ensure accessibility and maintenance standards, support capital design review, and serve in disaster operations as DOC Operations Section Chief.

Lead wastewater operations and infrastructure, oversee treatment facilities, collection and reclaimed water systems, and station operations. Manage division managers, budgets, regulatory compliance, audits, public outreach, emergency response, and continuous improvement to ensure reliable utility service.

Lead operations for multiple parks and facilities, directing programs, events, staffing, budgets, contracts, and maintenance. Supervise and train staff and volunteers, ensure compliance with accreditation standards, manage reservations and registration systems, conduct audits and reports, and support strategic planning and community partnerships to deliver safe, accessible recreation services.

Lead and manage stormwater operations including supervising 35–40 staff, emergency response, routine maintenance, budgeting (~$18M), equipment/resource coordination, compliance with regulations, training, and collaboration with engineering and vendors to improve operational efficiency.

Supervise daily operations, staff, and programs at Woodmere Park; plan, coordinate, and execute division-wide special events; manage budgets, reporting, compliance, vendor coordination, and maintenance requests; ensure CAPRA/ACA standards, safety, and high customer service; conduct training, evaluations, and post-event assessments.

Supervise individuals on pretrial release, monitor compliance with court-ordered conditions, maintain case files and reports, conduct client contacts and drug screening, connect clients with community resources, attend hearings and testify, and support staff training and special projects.

Implement a grant-funded energy and water conservation education and outreach program for underserved residents. Create educational content, support workshops/events, run marketing/outreach, build community partnerships, assist with grant administration, collect and analyze program data, and coordinate meetings and logistics to reduce utility bills and improve housing affordability.

Review and process land use applications, rezonings, special exceptions, comprehensive plan amendments, and large-scale developments. Manage development reviews, lead complex planning projects, prepare reports, and present to advisory boards and the Board of County Commissioners. Mentor junior staff (Planner III), collaborate across teams, and support strategic planning initiatives.
