Participate in a four-year rotational engineering development program supporting capital projects, stormwater, transportation, public utilities, and planning. Perform design tasks, plan reviews, field inspections, technical reports, specifications, coordination with stakeholders, and present findings while pursuing EI/PE licensure under mentorship.

Serve as senior operations leader assisting the Director to manage Parks, Recreation, and Natural Resources divisions. Oversee personnel, budgets, grants, accreditation, audits, operations, community engagement, program development, and customer service. Act as Acting Director when needed and drive strategic planning, process improvements, and compliance.

Provide strategic leadership for parks maintenance and operations, manage budgets and capital programs, oversee asset tracking (Maximo/GIS), coach staff, coordinate projects and preventive maintenance, ensure accessibility and maintenance standards, support capital design review, and serve in disaster operations as DOC Operations Section Chief.
