Reviews development, building, earth-moving, and plat applications for stormwater and floodplain compliance. Updates watershed models and GIS databases, supports flood hazard reviews, evaluates hydrologic and hydraulic impacts, maintains floodplain delineations, and provides technical comments to engineers, County departments, and public hearings. The role also supports stormwater maintenance projects and watershed planning initiatives.

Maintains watershed models and GIS databases, reviews development and building permit applications for stormwater and floodplain compliance, evaluates drainage and level-of-service concerns, and supports stormwater maintenance projects. The role prepares technical comments, coordinates resolutions with engineers and County departments, participates in development review meetings and public hearings, and provides hydrologic and hydraulic modeling support for watershed planning and capital improvement projects.
