Lead and manage the county Parks, Recreation & Natural Resources system, overseeing parks and lands, capital planning, budgeting, staff supervision, partnerships, revenue generation, compliance, audits, and strategic initiatives to enhance community health, economic and environmental sustainability.

Operate and maintain mowing and landscape equipment to perform athletic field and park maintenance across county parks. Duties include mowing, trimming, mulching, planting, litter removal, small-engine maintenance, equipment transport, and routine safety checks.

Lead and supervise Business Operations staff for Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources; coordinate budget development and financial monitoring; manage procurement, contracts, and compliance; oversee business systems (reservations, registration, reporting); drive process improvements, continuity planning, audits, and strategic projects with internal and community stakeholders.
