Monitor cardiac telemetry hospital-wide, interpret and document rhythms, respond to alarms, record EKG waveforms, operate and troubleshoot central monitoring equipment, orient staff to monitoring capabilities, and perform clerical duties.

Provide outpatient cardiology care in partnership with an attending cardiologist: manage follow-ups and chronic cardiovascular disease, interpret EKGs, perform surgical cardiac clearance, order diagnostics, optimize guideline-directed medical therapy, and maintain a patient volume of 16–20 per day using Epic with integrated AI scribe. Full-time, no call.

Lead and manage daily operations of the Family Birth Center, ensuring safe staffing, regulatory readiness, staff development, quality outcomes, and high-quality obstetric, newborn, and family-centered care. Provide visible clinical leadership, participate in recruitment/onboarding, support emergency preparedness, review quality data, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and deliver direct patient care when needed during high-acuity or short-staffing situations.

Supports the hospital’s Single Billing Office and Revenue Cycle operations by resolving patient billing inquiries, completing work queue tasks, coordinating account transfers to bad debt, responding to health information system queries, and processing financial assistance applications in compliance with state and federal requirements. The role also assists with deposits, returned mail, bankruptcy matters, and related billing processes while providing customer-focused support.

Provide full-time inpatient care as a hospitalist (14 shifts/month) using EPIC, collaborate with onsite specialists and APPs, manage ICU admissions with pulmonology/virtual support, handle day and night censuses, and optionally perform procedures. Participate in team-based, patient-centered care in a community hospital setting.
