Post and reconcile patient and payor payments (including 835/ERA files), upload remittances to the HIMS, resolve posting errors and unidentified payments, process refunds/credit balances, reconcile deposits with Finance, and maintain revenue cycle accuracy and productivity.

Prepare and deliver patient meal trays for general and therapeutic diets, maintain clean tray line and kitchen areas, operate dishwasher and wash items by hand, stock and deliver supplies, manage phone orders, and follow sanitation and safety procedures. PRN swing shift position (11:00 am - 7:30 pm).

Provide full-time inpatient care as a hospitalist (14 shifts/month) using EPIC, collaborate with onsite specialists and APPs, manage ICU admissions with pulmonology/virtual support, handle day and night censuses, and optionally perform procedures. Participate in team-based, patient-centered care in a community hospital setting.
