Provide full-time inpatient care as a hospitalist (14 shifts/month) using EPIC, collaborate with onsite specialists and APPs, manage ICU admissions with pulmonology/virtual support, handle day and night censuses, and optionally perform procedures. Participate in team-based, patient-centered care in a community hospital setting.

The Utilization Review Specialist conducts clinical chart reviews, ensures compliance with guidelines, obtains authorizations, and communicates with providers and payers for effective patient care management.

The CRNA will provide independent anesthesia practices, cover labor and delivery, and manage anesthesia for various surgical specialties, including orthopedics and general surgery.
