The role requires safe handling of cleaning chemicals, attention to detail, communication with guests and employees, flexible scheduling, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Supervises front desk staff and supports the Front Desk Manager in delivering professional guest service. Responsibilities include coordinating with hotel departments, reviewing room discrepancies and rates, processing payments and charges, maintaining reservations and billing accuracy, scheduling and documenting staff activities, training guest service agents, handling special requests, and ensuring safety, security, confidentiality, and hotel compliance standards.
