Serve as first point of contact for compliance inquiries: triage intake, coordinate documentation and responses, maintain process and training materials, perform basic audits, support analysts and special projects, and ensure timely escalation and compliance resource upkeep.

Facilitate Scrum events, coach the team in Agile practices, remove impediments, track Agile metrics, collaborate with product owners and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.

Provide strategic legal counsel to business units; draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts; manage contract lifecycle and outside counsel; support regulatory, compliance, and product safety matters; develop templates and playbooks; mentor legal staff and deliver legal training to stakeholders.

Manage assigned customer accounts by monitoring payments, calling and emailing customers, resolving discrepancies, negotiating payment arrangements and credit terms, approving orders, maintaining accurate account records, and supporting business-building and risk-management efforts.

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, contribute to month-end close and consolidated financial statements, prepare and audit financial reports, assist with external year-end audit, produce scheduled and ad hoc reports, ensure GAAP compliance, resolve discrepancies, and support intercompany, payments, and internal control processes.

Serve as a strategic HR partner advising leaders on employee relations, organizational effectiveness, HR policies, compensation guidance, employee engagement, change management, investigations, and coaching to support business goals.

Manage job descriptions and classifications; analyze market pay data and prepare salary survey submissions; support annual merit and bonus administration; maintain compensation data in HRIS; provide pay guidance to HR and managers; conduct FLSA and wage/hour audits; resolve routine compensation inquiries and generate reports to support pay recommendations.

The Director, Custom Product & Operations oversees product development, operations, and strategy to drive growth and manage key customer relationships, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Lead product development from concept to commercialized soft-goods products, managing materials, trims, costing, suppliers, quality, and production timelines. Collaborate with technical design, sourcing, planning, and QA to meet cost, capacity, and compliance targets while training junior team members and supporting global sourcing and responsible sourcing initiatives.
