Reviews new and existing customer credit applications and accounts, evaluates financial statements, credit reports, references, and risk factors, and makes credit decisions within company guidelines. Communicates with customers to obtain information, negotiate solutions, and support business growth while managing financial risk. Maintains account records, determines custom-order deposits and terms, provides reporting, and advises internal teams on credit-related decisions.

Provides high-volume customer support to maintain resale certificate compliance across state regulations. Assists customers with renewals and forms, answers questions, processes account updates, routes inquiries, coordinates with Sales and Credit teams, maintains customer systems, and meets monthly renewal deadlines. Requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and independent work habits.

Manages the organization’s Learning Management System, including role-based training assignments, e-learning content, education paths, compliance records, and audit-ready reporting. Partners with HRIS, department leaders, and subject matter experts to maintain accurate learning data, identify training gaps, and support content development. Provides LMS troubleshooting and user support while ensuring training programs meet organizational, accreditation, and compliance requirements.

Supports product quality assurance color management from development through finished goods. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining color standards, administering production color standards, coordinating with suppliers, tracking data, auditing systems, maintaining filing systems, preparing reports, and updating procedures and forms. The role also supports color management projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives while ensuring product quality and color integrity.

Supervises distribution center operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. Coordinates daily activities, monitors productivity, safety, quality, and accuracy, and directs warehouse employees. Responsibilities include coaching, performance evaluations, hiring, conflict management, cross-department collaboration, and developing solutions from operational metrics. The role requires inventory control and warehouse experience, schedule flexibility, and the ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.

Evaluate new and existing B2B customer credit profiles by reviewing credit reports, financial statements, and trade references; make complex credit decisions, negotiate terms, manage custom orders and records, monitor/report on accounts, mentor analyst team members, communicate findings to customers and internal teams, and ensure compliance with company policies.
