The M365 Administrator manages and optimizes Microsoft 365 for thousands of users, handles incidents, enforces security, automates tasks, and supports compliance and governance activities.

Supervise daily DC operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. Coach and develop hourly staff, hire and conduct performance reviews, analyze metrics to improve productivity and quality, collaborate across departments, enforce safety and PPE use, and manage employee relations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The Manager, Credit oversees credit and collections, manages teams, ensures policy execution, and fosters customer relationships to support sales growth and minimize credit risk.

The Director, Custom Product & Operations oversees product development, operations, and strategy to drive growth and manage key customer relationships, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain garment fit specifications, create and review patterns and tech packs, conduct fit sessions, provide technical recommendations to ensure consistent fit and construction from design through production, and communicate specifications to cross-functional teams and vendors.

Manage and grow assigned territory by developing relationships with high-potential accounts, delivering presentations, planning and executing account strategies, negotiating and closing complex deals, documenting activity in CRM, and traveling to meet customers. Ensure use of SanMar marketing tools, plan travel, and comply with company policies.

Production associate rotates between pick, pack, restock and pack-mod functions. Use voice/RF units to pick and induct totes, sort and label orders per SOPs, inspect and pack to meet production and accuracy standards, lift up to 50–60 lbs, and follow safety and attendance requirements.
