Provides strategic legal counsel to business leaders on commercial agreements, transactions, employment, governance, regulatory compliance, disputes, intellectual property, privacy, cybersecurity, and technology matters. Leads negotiations, cross-functional initiatives, outside counsel, and legal process improvements while managing business risk. Advises on international operations, supply chain, trade compliance, corporate restructuring, product safety, and commercialization.

Provide strategic legal counsel to business units; draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts; manage contract lifecycle and outside counsel; support regulatory, compliance, and product safety matters; develop templates and playbooks; mentor legal staff and deliver legal training to stakeholders.

Supervises distribution center operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. Coordinates daily activities, monitors productivity, safety, quality, and accuracy, and directs warehouse employees. Responsibilities include coaching, performance evaluations, hiring, conflict management, cross-department collaboration, and developing solutions from operational metrics. The role requires inventory control and warehouse experience, schedule flexibility, and the ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.

Evaluate new and existing B2B customer credit profiles by reviewing credit reports, financial statements, and trade references; make complex credit decisions, negotiate terms, manage custom orders and records, monitor/report on accounts, mentor analyst team members, communicate findings to customers and internal teams, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, contribute to month-end close and consolidated financial statements, prepare and audit financial reports, assist with external year-end audit, produce scheduled and ad hoc reports, ensure GAAP compliance, resolve discrepancies, and support intercompany, payments, and internal control processes.

Manage job descriptions and classifications; analyze market pay data and prepare salary survey submissions; support annual merit and bonus administration; maintain compensation data in HRIS; provide pay guidance to HR and managers; conduct FLSA and wage/hour audits; resolve routine compensation inquiries and generate reports to support pay recommendations.

Lead product development from concept to commercialized soft-goods products, managing materials, trims, costing, suppliers, quality, and production timelines. Collaborate with technical design, sourcing, planning, and QA to meet cost, capacity, and compliance targets while training junior team members and supporting global sourcing and responsible sourcing initiatives.
