Lead legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions as Company Secretary. Support board governance, manage contracts, litigation and IP, oversee regulatory compliance (including AML/CFT), liaise with regulators and investors, and run legal training and contract management across the group.

Lead investment strategy and supervise portfolio management to maximize risk-adjusted returns. Manage and process payment transactions and partner commission disbursements; perform daily, subsidiary, and monthly reconciliations; identify and resolve discrepancies; maintain financial controls and data integrity; ensure tax, regulatory, and audit compliance; analyze transaction datasets and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting and continuous improvement.

Design, automate, and maintain scalable deployment infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Manage cloud and container platforms (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes), administer Linux systems, ensure security and reliability, troubleshoot incidents, document processes, mentor team members, and continuously improve infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible.

Support regulatory compliance by maintaining records, assisting with filings and audits, delivering training, monitoring regulatory changes, collaborating on remediation, and promoting ethical practices.

Lead the firm's technology strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation. Define roadmap and governance, manage cloud/on-prem infrastructure (AWS/Azure), network architecture, security, automation (RPA, low-code), systems (CRM/ERP/PMS), data governance, and IT asset lifecycle. Drive process optimization, automation ROI, disaster recovery, and cross-functional collaboration with business units and vendors.
