Manage discretionary client portfolios, execute and reconcile trades, prepare daily portfolio and liabilities reports, oversee settlements and custodial interactions, lead client strategy reviews, support product marketing, and coach junior staff while ensuring controls and KPI delivery.

Lead end-to-end strategic and special projects for executive leadership: plan, execute, and deliver cross-functional initiatives (strategy, operations, CSR). Build project frameworks, apply Agile methods, manage risks and budgets, produce executive reports and dashboards, oversee collaboration tools and data analysis, and lead small project support teams.

Lead fund structuring, capital deployment, liquidity and risk management to optimize risk-adjusted returns. Integrate quantitative risk models, oversee hedging and trade execution, prepare investor materials, and mentor junior fund staff while ensuring regulatory compliance and process automation.

Provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the CEO, managing calendar, travel, communications, board meetings, stakeholder relations, confidential matters, projects, and the CEO's personal staff to ensure efficient executive operations.

Provide hands-on support across fund and operational finance functions including fund accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, treasury, AP/AR, payroll schedules, IFRS 16 lease accounting, tax & regulatory filings, cash management, reconciliations, ERP/financial systems use, audit coordination, and process improvement.

Lead the firm's technology strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation. Define roadmap and governance, manage cloud/on-prem infrastructure (AWS/Azure), network architecture, security, automation (RPA, low-code), systems (CRM/ERP/PMS), data governance, and IT asset lifecycle. Drive process optimization, automation ROI, disaster recovery, and cross-functional collaboration with business units and vendors.
